Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, please write an email: reiterbogenshop “at” gmail “dot” com for the request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.
If the item is returnable and you send it back to us, Recurvebowshop will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Recurvebowshop warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

1. For delivery to international buyers via Austrian Post or DPD please allow 7-10 days after payment has been made.
2. For delivery to international buyers via courier please allow 6-8 days after payment has been made.
3. For delivery to domestic buyers via Austria Post please allow 5-7 days after payment has been made.
4. For delivery to domestic buyers via courier please allow between 5-7 days after payment has been made.
